MARKER Unternehmen Frische

QUALITY AND FRESHNESS, RETHOUGHT

The Hamburg family business Marker sees itself as an enabler of fresh, regional food supply – reliable, human and forward-looking. The highest quality, certified safety and a deeply rooted commitment to sustainability shape its self-image – not just for the sake of its own customers, but across the entire value chain. Responsibility towards the environment, employees and partners isn't just a promise here, it's lived practice. As part of a comprehensive brand relaunch, we were able to translate this ambition into a new content and visual identity.

Holistic brand relaunch for the fresh-food logistics company Marker – from strategic repositioning to the cross-media implementation of a modern, brand-defining visual identity.

The starting point was an intensive brand workshop in which the future strategic direction of the brand was developed together with the client. Central values, attitude and communication goals were identified and anchored in a clear positioning. At the centre was the question: how can Marker's long-standing expertise and reliability be combined with a modern, forward-looking brand presence? A key result was the development of the new logo tagline "Unternehmen Frische" ("The Freshness Company") – as a striking expression of the brand promise and a content anchor for every communication measure. This clearly articulated the company's mission – internally and externally – and translated it into a consistent brand architecture.

The new corporate design translates movement, trust and responsibility into a visual language that embodies freshness, modernity and reliability. The vibrant colour palette and bright, authentic imagery create a clear emotional connection – approachable, optimistic and innovative. This is supported by a reduced, open typography that conveys structure and transparency.

The design concept was implemented comprehensively – from brand guidelines, business stationery, image ads, brochures and newsletters to corporate fashion, fleet vehicles, website, product catalogue (online and offline) and trade fair appearances. The result is a consistent brand presence across every relevant touchpoint.
